This dialog allows you to specify the layout behavior when changing the location and size of dialogs or controls that have counterparts on other dialogs.
Always ask me what to do
If this option is selected every time a dialog or control is resized or removed, you are prompted to confirm whether these changes should be applied to other dialogs or counterpart controls from other dialogs.
